2. Beat Licensing

All beats and tracks available through AXLR8 Store are protected by copyright law. When you purchase a license, you are granted specific rights to use the beat as outlined below:

• Basic License: Up to 10,000 streams/sales. Non-exclusive. No commercial broadcasting.
• Premium License: Up to 100,000 streams/sales. Non-exclusive. Limited commercial use.
• Unlimited License: Unlimited streams/sales. Non-exclusive. Full commercial use.
• Exclusive License: All rights transferred. Beat removed from store. Full commercial use.

3. Inquiries & Payment

All transactions are processed after personal inquiry and agreement. By submitting an inquiry, you are expressing interest in purchasing a license. AXLR8 Store reserves the right to accept or decline any inquiry at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All beats, tracks, sounds, and creative content on AXLR8 Store remain the intellectual property of AXLR8 unless an exclusive license has been purchased and a written agreement signed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without an appropriate license.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing beats
• Using beats for hateful, violent, or illegal content
• Claiming authorship or production credit for the beats
• Using a basic license for projects exceeding its limits

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

AXLR8 Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
