Due to the digital nature of music licensing, all sales are final once files have been delivered. We do not offer refunds after delivery of digital assets. This policy is necessary to protect the intellectual property and livelihoods of our producers.

Before Purchase

We strongly encourage you to:

• Preview the full beat before submitting an inquiry
• Ask any questions via the contact form before committing
• Confirm the license tier matches your project needs

Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

• Files were not delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment
• Delivered files are corrupted or unusable (and we cannot provide replacements)
• Duplicate charges occurred due to technical error
